We have made a significant number of major changes across the board—to the script itself, our terms of usage, the support center, and our license API.

In this article, we will walk you through every single update in detail. If you are an existing RKHM user, please do not skip any part of this announcement, as these changes directly affect your installation, license management, and support access moving forward.

Changes to API:

1. IP Verification Dropped: We no longer verify or lock your license to a specific IP address. You can install RKHM on your domain, and even if your server IP changes, your installation will continue to work perfectly without interruption
2. License Reset Limit (New Clients): Starting from July 7, 2026, the maximum number of allowed license resets for new purchases has been changed from 2 to 1
3. No Reset Limit Extensions: Moving forward, we will no longer increase the maximum number of allowed resets under any circumstances

Changes to Our Support Panel & Terms

To date (7/7/26) , over 9,000 hours of dedicated work have gone into building and supporting RKHM. In fact, more than half of that time has been spent directly on customer support. We consider this time incredibly well spent. What is the point of creating a great product if our users can't succeed with it?

However, we are currently facing a structural challenge that is heavily limiting our growth: we have many clients whose support periods expired a long time ago, yet they continue to submit private tickets—sometimes on a daily basis—mostly regarding configurations and tasks entirely out of the scope of standard support. We simply cannot provide indefinite, 1-on-1 private support to hundreds of installations

Beyond saving development time, this is a matter of fairness. Currently, we are forced to spend our time on individual setups rather than things that benefit all RKHM users. It is deeply unfair to the clients who purchase our products and responsibly use Google, AI, or their host's support to fix their server issues, while our time is consumed by a handful of users demanding constant, direct help with all of their issues, RKHM and non-RKHM related ones. We won't help with non-RKHM issues anymore

We support the RKHM codebase, not individual client websites. To ensure our energy goes toward helping everyone equally, we have made bugs, suggestions, and general questions completely public. This allows us to focus our development time where it matters most: building features that improve the platform for the entire community

1. Bug Reports Form (Free for Life): If you encounter an issue or an error in the code, you can report it directly to us at any time. We will investigate and patch verified bugs in upcoming updates.
2. Feature Suggestions (Free for Life): Have an idea to make RKHM better? Submit your feature requests here. We actively monitor this feedback to plan our development roadmap.
3. Public Questions (Free for Life): For general inquiries, usage guidance, or non-private technical discussions, you can submit your questions here to get assistance without needing a premium license.
4. Private 1-on-1 Ticketing System (Active Support Only): Starting from July 7, 2026, our direct, private engineering support will be strictly reserved for clients with an active support license.

If your support has expired, you will absolutely continue to receive all new software updates and can freely use the first three public forms to report bugs, ask questions, or suggest features. However, if you require private, hands-on technical assistance, we kindly ask you to support the ongoing development of the platform you rely on daily by renewing your support—either via Envato or directly through our web store ( 30$ for 6 months and 50$ for 1 year of support )

Changes to our partnership with Envato

Envato has officially removed exclusivity for all authors, meaning we can now sell our scripts directly to you through our own web store! Purchasing directly from us is much cheaper because we pass the marketplace fee savings on to you, and you can save even more by purchasing our new product bundles.

We support two payment methods: cryptocurrency with a 0% transaction fee, and Stripe with a 15% processing fee. Buy directly from our store to get the exact same high-quality updates and support while saving money

Since we are earning much less from Codecanyon, we'll probably have to increase the price for all plugins on Envato in upcoming days. RKHM price won't be increased on Codecanyon but we are removing some built-in features that were previously free for new purchases

A New Approach to RKHM Features

In the past, we tried to build every single feature to work perfectly across all environments—from shared hosting to high-end VPS, and for platforms ranging from 10 items to millions of content pieces

To be completely honest, trying to balance both simultaneously didn't work at all. Going forward, we are changing our approach to serve everyone better by dividing new features into two clear categories:

Out-of-the-Box Features: These work instantly with zero configuration, optimized perfectly for smaller platforms, smaller business and shared hosting

Advanced Features: These require external configuration or third-party apps, optimized perfectly for large-scale businesses running on VPS or VDS

No more reinventing the wheel!

For example, as part of this shift, we have completely dropped our custom inverted indexing search system, which we spent weeks trying to make work universally ( and we failed after writing 3 different versions ). Instead, we are introducing two rock-solid solutions:

1. PHP Full-Text Match (Default): Works out-of-the-box on every server environment. It is lightweight and perfect for smaller databases
2. Meilisearch Support (Advanced): For larger platforms, we have added native support for Meilisearch. It is a world-class, lightning-fast search engine that can handle millions of pieces of content without a single hiccup

A New Approach to RKHM’s Future

We want the future of RKHM to be shaped by the people who actually use it every day. To make this happen, we have added an upvoting system directly to our new Feature Suggestions page.

Instead of development choices happening behind closed doors, every user can now browse submitted ideas and vote for the features they need most. This transparency ensures we focus our development energy entirely on the updates that bring the highest value to the entire community. If you want to see a specific feature added to RKHM, submit it or find it on the list and cast your vote!
