Licence, domains and what support covers

License

Every purchase code is valid for installation on one (1) domain. You can reinstall RKHM on that exact same domain as many times as you like
You can reset your license one (1) time to be able to install on a new domain. This limit won't be increased under any circumstances
Each premium plugin is linked to only one (1) RKHM license
Every purchase includes lifetime access to all software updates, upgrades, and security fixes as they are released, completely free of charge

Support

RKHM purchase includes a standard period of premium 1-on-1 support for 6 months. You can choose to extend or renew this support at any time via Envato or directly through our web store
Anyone can report a bug or code issue at any time. We will investigate and patch verified bugs in upcoming updates regardless of your support status
Direct, private troubleshooting and hands-on technical assistance are strictly reserved for clients with an active support license

Response Times:

Supported Clients: 1–3 business days
Others: Responses are not guaranteed and are handled only as development time permits

What We Support ( For users with "active support" only )

RKHM Core Features: Help with native bugs, issues, or unintended behavior directly within the official RKHM codebase

Version Updates: Assistance with installing or applying official software updates and patches

Core Functionality Inquiries: Answering general questions about how to use the built-in features of the script

What We Do Not Support

Initial Configuration & Installation: We do not provide hands-on setup, installation, or configuration services for RKHM itself. Setting up the environment, importing databases, and configuring the script's initial settings are the responsibility of the client

Server & Hosting Issues: We do not provide help with configuring your VPS/VDS, shared hosting environments, firewalls, ports, or web servers

Domain & DNS Management: Issues related to domain pointing, SSL certificates, or DNS propagation are entirely your responsibility

Third-Party Tools & API Services: While RKHM integrates with external services like Meilisearch, Spotify, MusicBrainz, and Stripe, we are not responsible for configuring, maintaining, or troubleshooting these third-party platforms or their server dependencies (such as installing audiowaveform binary tools on your OS)

Custom Modifications: We cannot support custom code modifications, styling changes, or third-party plugins not explicitly shipped with the core package
