How to report bugs

We understand that sometimes you may encounter issues while using our platform. To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please follow these steps before reporting the problem:

1. Check for Device-Specific Issues

Step 1: Try replicating the problem on a different device (e.g., another phone, tablet, or computer).

This helps ensure the issue isn’t related to your specific device or browser.

Why: Sometimes, device settings, browser versions, or cached files cause issues that are not directly related to our platform.

2. Test Using Available Demos

Step 2: Visit one of the many demos we have available for testing.

Why: This step helps you determine whether the problem is specific to your account or a general issue across the platform.

Outcome: If the issue doesn’t occur in the demo version, it may be linked to your configuration or server

3. If the Issue Persists Across Devices and Demos

Step 3: If you confirm the issue on multiple devices and demos, take the following actions:

Screenshot/Screen Recording: Capture the issue as it happens on your screen.

Error Log: Share the contents of your error_log file, which contains important information that helps us diagnose the problem faster. We are not talking about error log available in RKHM stats

4. When Reporting

Include:

Clear description of the issue.

Steps to reproduce the problem (what actions lead to the issue).

Screenshots or recordings of the problem.

Information about the devices and browsers where the issue occurs.

The hard part!
The hardest part of fixing a bug is "replicating" it! Help us understand what should happen versus what is actually happening due to the bug. This will make it easier for us to troubleshoot and resolve the issue
